Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to WeBelT Technology. These Refund, Return and Cancellation Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the return, refund, and cancellation procedures for purchases made through our online platform. By placing an order with us, you agree to the policies outlined herein.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • The return request should made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is in unused, original condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • The product must not be;

    • Tempared with or repaired
    • Missing serial number or warranty label

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

Refunds May Be Denied If:

Order Cancellations by WeBelT Technology:

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to;

  • Product unavailability or stock errors.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
  • Failure to meet payment terms.

If an order is canceled by us, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued within 24 hours from the time of cancellation of the order. You may wish to note that processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the processing institution.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.
  • In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items, WeBelT Technology will arrange for return shipping at no cost to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

Warranty Claims
