We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
Prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) exclusive of taxes and shipping however, all applicable taxes are computed, displayed and added to the customer’s bill during checkout.
Payment must be made in full via approved payment methods before the order is processed.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to reachable provinces and districts within Zambia only.
Customers in remote or inaccessible areas may collect items from the nearest Provincial Headquarters or arrange independent delivery. WeBelT Technology is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during third-party transit to unserved areas.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging.
- Refunds will be issued based on the condition of returned items, minus any shipping or handling fees.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account,
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
