Welcome to WeBelT Technology Ltd! We are committed to providing a reliable and timely delivery experience to our customers across Zambia. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle the delivery of orders.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to reachable provinces and districts within Zambia. “Reachable” refers to areas that are accessible through recognized courier or logistics providers with established delivery routes.
We deliver to the following provinces and their major reachable districts;
· Lusaka Province
· Copperbelt Province
· Central Province
· Southern Province
· Eastern Province
· Northern Province
· Luapula Province
· Western Province
· Muchinga Province
· North-Western Province
Please Note: We currently do not ship to remote or inaccessible areas where courier services are unavailable. Customers in such locations may opt to collect their items from the nearest Provincial Headquarters, or alternatively, make independent arrangements for delivery to their designated area.
Kindly be advised that WeBelT Technology Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit arranged by third parties to unserved or inaccessible locations.
Order Processing Time
· Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation and payment.
· Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
· Lusaka, Copperbelt, Kabwe and Livingstone (Urban Centers): 1-2 business days
· Other Reachable Provinces and Districts: 3-7 business days depending on location and courier availability
We partner with reputable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
· Delivery location (province and district)
· Package weight and dimensions
You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order.
💡Free Shipping may be available on promotional items or orders above a certain amount. Watch out for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can track your order directly via our logistics partner’s website which shall be provided the moment an order is shipped.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or inaccessibility of the area:
· We will attempt to contact you for an alternative arrangement.
· If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned, and a refund will be issued less shipping and handling charges.
Delivery Restrictions
· Weekend or holiday deliveries are available on a case by case basis.
· Customer must provide a valid contact number and complete delivery address.
